Lone Wolf

I was raised all over the world as an Army brat during the cold war. When I turned seventeen, I enlisted in the Army (with my mom’s signature) with an Airborne Ranger contract. While at 75th Ranger Regt. going through the Ranger Indoctrination Program (RIP), I received orders to 3rd U.S. Inf. Regt. Honor Guard in Washington D.C. I spent 5 years in the Honor Guard doing too many to keep count of funerals, ceremonies, and field training exercise. I was stationed in DC for Y2K and was brought on alert status, and I was also stationed in DC during 9/11. I reclassed from Infantry to Computer Systems Operator Analyst and was assigned to Ft. Bragg, where on day one that I reported was told to pack up I was deploying. A year and a half after my deployment I was medically separated from the Army.

I started working in law enforcement in 2004 and have been with the same department the entire time for a total of 18 years. I have been on the departments Honor Guard Team and S.W.A.T team, well it was called the tactical team when I got on it and changed to S.W.A.T while I was on the team. I am currently assigned to the Warrants Division as the full-time courtroom security officer.
I have been a part of the Defenders LEMC since 2012 and I am a life member. I started as the Sgt-At-Arms for our chapter, a brief time as Major, and was the president of our chapter for 8 years. I have been married to my wife Charm for 13 years and she has been an associate since 2012 as well.
